ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow up to 3 days to process your order.
You will receive an email within 1 day once your order is on its way.
STORE PICKUP

Orders can be picked up daily from 10:00 AM onwards.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the “Ship” option, then click “Continue to Shipping.”
Local delivery is available for addresses within 15 km of our store.
If the local delivery option doesn’t appear during checkout, your order is not eligible.

Orders placed before 6 hours during store hours (10 AM – 7 PM) will be delivered the same day.

Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next working day.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using Shiprocket.
Free shipping is available for orders within Tamil Nadu.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Within India)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 9 business days, depending on location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are now offering international shipping to the following countries:

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and weight.
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 business days.
Please Note:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country.
Yakria Private Limited is not responsible for these charges—they are the customer’s responsibility.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Refunds will be issued for the order amount minus shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@theyora.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
We review such cases individually and strive to find a satisfactory solution.
