Return & Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@theyora.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your existing item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

International Orders

We currently offer international shipping to the UAE, Malaysia, Canada, and the USA.
Customers outside India are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country. These charges are non-refundable.
